"the sign reads: 'Sunday 12:30am Young woman knocked down and kicked. The offended was taken to the hospital with stomach injuries. When the police arrived at the scene the perpetrator was gone. No witnesses have come forward. Making the streets safe is everyone’s responsibility. Speak up!'"
